We can't measure your foot on a fancy measuring device but we have found that following the instructions below will give us an accurate method of establishing a perfect fit. These measurements are confirmed by you telling us your normal shoe size in either European or North American sizing. Refer to our order form for more details.

To get accurate measurements for length and width you can also use the following "box method".

A sizing method we recommend is to place your foot on a piece of paper and trace around the outside. You can then write your name and phone number on the paper and fax it to us at (250) 260-3898. We will match it up with your online order. Please do not use the fax as the only method of ordering your footwear (your credit card number is only secure when submitted through our online secured order form).

Visa or Mastercard

You can also call in your order buy phone and supply your credit card information at that time. We again will confirm your purchase with the credit card company before we hand make your sandals.

Certified Check

Please note that your sandals are handmade only after we receive and confirm your payment. Your sandals will usually be made within three business days of us confirming your order and then we ship to you via courier. Courier's generally deliver to most areas within North America within 3 business days, but if your order is outside of Canada then it may take a little longer.

If the sandals don't fit please return them unworn right away. Once we have received your sandals we will send the proper size back to you. As well, we will cover the cost of shipping the second pair of sandals to you plus, if we are responsible for the sizing error we will compensate you for the cost of returning the sandals to us.

Before we produce your sandals we will confirm your order by contacting you by phone or e-mail. This is a good opportunity for you to ask any additional questions that you may have.
