At Marc's Footcare and Repair, we have over four generations of experience in the business of shoe repair and making custom sandals, shoes, and boots and many other leather products. We take great pride in our workmanship, and it shows.

For several years we have been active in rebuilding Birkenstock™ and other high quality sandals and this led us into the business of making our own top quality sandals.

Our website is focused mostly on our hand made sandals. We have made recent updates to our website to make it even easier to place your sandal orders with us.

All of our sandals are hand made at our store located in Vernon, BC, Canada. After we receive your order, we then build your sandals to your specifications. You select the style, size and color of choice, send in your order, and we then produce your sandals and ship them to you, usually within three business days of receiving your order.

We believe in using only the best quality leather in 5 1/2 ounce weight (approximately 2 millimeters thick). This is an extremely durable and comfortable leather.

Our footbeds, soles, and hardware are made from only the best quality materials so that they are extremely comfortable and long lasting.

Because we use all top quality materials, we have the ability to rebuild our sandals. When they show signs of being worn out simply ship your sandals back to us, and we can rebuild them so they are as good as new!

We continue to operate our shoe, boot and sandal repair business. Our customers ship us footwear for repair from locations throughout North America. If you need quality repair work done, contact us and we can discuss your footware repair options.

Our retail store, Discovery Shoes Ltd. is located at 3008 - 30th Avenue in Vernon, B.C. Canada. We sell only high quality long lasting footwear and we specialize in fitting problem feet. You will find a full range of quality footwear from companies such as; Rockport™, New Balance™, Redwing™, and many more. All of our shoes come in 3 to 5 widths and range in size from 5 to 20.
